Recurring subscription
Pulse Pro is billed in advance at the price and frequency shown during checkout. Your subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal, plus applicable taxes.
How to cancel
- Sign in to Tally Pulse.
- Select Manage billing in your workspace.
- Use the cancellation option in the secure billing portal and confirm.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@gettally.io. Stopping use, disconnecting Salesforce, deleting a report, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel the subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. It does not normally end access immediately. Your paid subscription stays active through the last day of the billing period you already paid for, then paid features end. For example, if you cancel with 20 days remaining, you keep paid access for those 20 days and are not charged for the following period.
Reports and dashboards already created in your Salesforce organization remain subject to your Salesforce settings and permissions. Cancellation does not delete those Salesforce items.
No refunds or prorated credits
All payments are final and nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not provide refunds or credits for a partial billing period, unused time, unused messages, account inactivity, a late cancellation, or a change of mind. Because access continues through the paid-through date, canceling early does not produce a prorated refund.
A paid message add-on is also nonrefundable, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire at the end of the usage period shown when purchased. If we make an exception, it does not require us to make the same exception again.
Trials, failed payments, and price changes
Any trial length and conversion terms will be shown when the trial begins. A trial that does not require payment information will not create a charge unless you later complete checkout. We may retry failed payments and may restrict paid features while an amount remains overdue.
We will give advance notice of price changes, renewal reminders, and material billing changes when applicable law requires it. The notice will explain when the change takes effect and how to cancel.
Legal terms and support
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. If this summary conflicts with checkout terms specific to a purchase, the more specific checkout terms control, subject to applicable law. Billing questions may be sent to support@gettally.io or through the in-app Support panel.
